'The Crest of Dr. Burnham' (2016) was created in Super Sculpey, molded in silicon and then cast in resin.  Each resin piece was then sanded and hand-painted to resemble the look of metal that had been sitting at the bottom of the ocean floor.  A magnet was fixed to the back for the finishing touch.
